- Purpose: Mt. San Antonio College (SAC) in Walnut, CA is a community college serving over 50,000 students. In 2015, this growing college needed to expand their central plant to handle the cooling of the additional buildings, and occupants. As a part of the expansion of the central plant, a 2.0 million chilled water Thermal Energy Storage (TES) tank was designed into the district cooling system by P2S Engineering, Inc.
