I enjoy my job because of the interactions I have with owners and consultants and helping them solve the unique challenges they face on their projects.
I enjoy working with the team I am on. It's an inspiring team and I am motivated every day!
To me, Built for the Future means providing a great company and work environment while also providing a fantastic solution to the industry that will stand the test of time. DN Tanks does excellent with both of these.
My time outside of work is spent with my wife and two boys and it's the best!”
TYLER BERNHARD
Regional Sales Manager
One of my favorite projects was the Dallas Eastside WTP. It was 4-16.0 MG tanks and was a challenging flat slab roof tank project. At the time, back in 2008, it was one of our largest projects.
I enjoy my job because of the people, solving the unique challenges every project presents and the opportunity for professional development throughout DN Tanks.
Our tagline, Built for the Future, means investing in our people and products to put DN Tanks in a position to be successful today and into the future.
When I’m not working, I like spending time with my family, coaching baseball, working out and cooking on my smoker.”
CHRIS BROWN
VP, Operations
I truly enjoy my job because I am able assist not only on the job site, but across the construction department. In my new HR role, I will have the opportunity to meet and work with many more employees.
I enjoy working with DN Tanks because we are helping communities and neighborhoods have better quality water.
Built for the Future, to me, means preparing the crew with awesome, innovative trainings, so that they can deliver 110% of effectiveness toward the building of upcoming water storage tanks. Also, building these tanks to better the future for all who use them, since water is life.
When I'm not at work, I like to work out, hike, and run. I am actually training for a marathon that will take place this December.

As a warehouse manager, I don’t spend much time in the field but have spent time on a few projects. The two I remember most were the Earl Thomas Reservoir project where I learned about shoring and Spring Valley, CA where I was taught how to prestress two Type I 10.0 MG tanks.
What I enjoy about working at DN Tanks is the great group of people I get to work with, the camaraderie, and the family environment. I like that you're actually a member here and not just an employee number. No matter what your position is you’re just as important as the next person. It gives you a sense of belonging. I like the effort of the executive team on going out of their way to reinforce a sense of belonging and meeting everyone in our organization. As it’s said, 'shake a hand, make a friend'.
To me, Built for the Future means making a quality product that stands the test of time. It can also mean building a great work culture and environment that makes people want to come work here, be dedicated, and stay at DN Tanks into the future.”
DEDE HAYDEN
Warehouse Manager
Our favorite tank to work on was a 0.9 MG GST for the Sea Ranch Water Company. The people were great to work with and the tank was on the Coast of Northern California, and it was a unique challenge to get supplies to the site.
Working at DN Tanks gives us the opportunity to travel and see different parts of the country. We both enjoy meeting new people and the challenge of building tanks.
To us, Built for the Future means that the tanks we build are going to be around for future generations and will be providing service 50+ yrs. from now as they are today
When we're not at work, we enjoy 4 wheeling and being with family and friends.”
